Returns

Welcome to YAPS Marketplace. Thank you for using our services.

1. Pre-Orders

1.1 Our products are pre-ordered items. Pre-orders are orders that you place for products that are not in stock that we order once a month. Once we have all orders and payments in for pre-order items, we will order from our suppliers and your item/s will be shipped to you once we receive it.)
1.2 When it comes to our pre-order products, we have to take the exchange rate into account. Sometimes our suppliers also have price increases and we have to increase our pricing.
1.3 If you have ordered a pre-order item before the increase in price, do not worry as you will not need to pay any more towards your order.
1.4 If your pre-order item has not yet been ordered with our suppliers, we will gladly refund you or provide you with store credit. If, however, the order has already been placed with our suppliers we cannot refund you, as the item you purchased was ordered specifically for you.

 

2. Conditions for Returns:
 

2.1 If you wish to return your item due to it being damaged, please contact us. We will not send you damaged goods, the only way it can be damaged is with the couriers.

2.2 We guarantee unused merchandise for 7 days from receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, credit note or refund which will be subject to inspection before confirmation will be given.

2.3 If on receipt of your product you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your product in the
original packaging and email us or contact our Customer Service Center. If you decide to return something, you will have to cover the cost of delivering the returned item to us.

3. Damaged Items Conditions and Process:

 

3.1 If you do wish to return the product you will have to pay for the courier/postal fees to send the item back to us.
3.2 Once we have the item, we will examine the item to check for damages.
3.3 If no fault is found with the product, we will send it back to you and charge you for the courier/postal fees.
3.4 If fault is found, we will either refund you or give you store credit.
